Password not working?
Hi, this is Webmaster Brian. I understand some people are having issues viewing password-protected entries. You enter the password, click the button, and you’re right back to where you started. Sound familiar? If so, and you’re using Internet Explorer, try one of the following:
Approach 1
- In Internet Explorer, go to Tools –> Options.
- Click on the Security tab.
- Click on the Trusted Sites checkmark icon.
- Click the Sites button.
- On the Trusted sites screen, add ‘http://www.joshualevens.com’ to the text box, make sure the ‘Require server verification’ checkbox is unchecked, then click Add. You should now see:
- Close all the open windows (but not the browser) and re-enter the password.
Approach 2
- In Internet Explorer, go to Tools –> Options.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- In the ‘Settings’ section, if the slider bar is on ‘Block All Cookies’ or ‘High’, move it to ‘Medium High’.
- Close all the open windows (but not the browser) and re-enter the password.
